1. Agreement to Terms
By creating an account, accessing free practice quizzes, or purchasing examination packages on PassMyNursing.com (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision of these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.
2. Single-User License & Exam Bank Access
Upon purchase, PassMyNursing grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable single-user license to access the specific examination question bank selected during checkout for the designated duration (30, 60, or 90 calendar days):
- • Access commences immediately upon transaction confirmation.
- • Access automatically terminates upon the expiration of the purchased calendar term unless manually renewed.
- • Credentials, passwords, and sessions are strictly for individual use. Account sharing, credential pooling, or reselling is prohibited.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All practice questions, case studies, answer rationales, software scripts, interface designs, graphic elements, and study guide compilations on PassMyNursing are the proprietary intellectual property of PassMyNursing. Copying, scraping, distributing, screen-recording, or publishing questions to external forums or tutoring groups is an infringement of copyright and may result in immediate account termination and legal action.
4. Payments, Pricing & Refund Policy
All posted package prices ($69 for 30 Days, $99 for 60 Days, $149 for 90 Days) are one-time payments for the stated license period. Because PassMyNursing provides immediate access to proprietary digital question banks and answer rationales upon purchase:
- • Refund requests submitted within 48 hours of purchase may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis if fewer than 15 practice questions have been attempted.
- • Once extensive question access or timed mock test simulations have been initiated, fees are non-refundable.
5. User Responsibilities & Academic Integrity
You agree to use PassMyNursing exclusively as an educational study aid. You shall not attempt to reverse engineer platform code, bypass rate limits, employ automated bots, or disrupt system availability for other students.

7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall PassMyNursing or its affiliates be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to access the platform, service interruptions, or test performance results.
